How to solve::--

A car moves with a speed of 40 km/h for 15 minutes and then with a speed of 60 km/h for the next 15 minutes. The total distance covered by the car is?

Distance = Speed X Time
15 minutes = 15/60 = 0.25h
Distance in case 1= 40 x 0.25 = 10km
Distance in case 2= 60 x 0.25 = 15km
Total distance = 10+15=25km
