hypotenuse of right angled triangle=p
it's one side=q

let the another side be x

by Pythagoras theorem
x=√p2-q2
= √(p+q) (p-q)
but p-q=1
=√(p+q) 1
=√p+q

the another side of triangle is √p+q

I hope this will help you
