AB=AC (both 6 cm)

then

ABC=ACB(if two opposite sides of a triangle are equal then their opposite angles are also equal)

ACB=50°

also

ACB+ABC+BAC=180°(sum of all interior angles of a triangle are supplementary)

50+50+2x+20=180

2x+120=180

2x=180-120=60°

x=60/2

x=30°

Therefore angle BAC=

2x+20=2×30+20=60+20=80°

that is option D) 80°
