Angle BAC = 75
The first thing we should see is OB, OA and OC are radius. So
OA = OB = OC.
Now , We have a property which says that
The measure of an exterior angle of a triangle is equal to the sum of the measures of the two remote interior angles. Therefore
Angle DOC = Angle OAC + Angle ACO
Also we have a property which says that
If two sides of a triangle are equal, then the angles opposite those sides are equal. Therefore
Angle OAC = Angle ACO (Because OA = OC)
Now, Angle DOC =2 * Angle OAC
Angle OAC = 60/2 => 30.
Similarly,
Angle OAB = 90/2 => 45.
Therefore
Angle BAC = Angle OAB + Angle OAC
=> 45 + 30
Angle BAC => 75.
