Amrinder007: a part answer is 66.6 ohm
Amrinder007: are both answers correct
Sandeep03edu: no answer of a part is 6.66 ohm and b part answer is 7.5 ohm

Hi sandeep...
Here's the answer for 35 th one...
Req is infinite....like even if you remove one parallel and one series connection it will not change...it will still be infinite...like if you take out a bucket of water from the ocean it will still be called the ocean....
So here is the solved part....

R1S (R2 P Req) =Req
R1 + R2 Req/ R2 + Req = Req
Taking LCM
R1R2 + R1Req = R2Req + R^2eq + R2Req
R1Req will get cancelled on both sides..

R^2eq - R1Req - R1R2 = 0..........u get a quadratic equation...
Solving it...

(Alfa,beta) = -b±√b^2 - 4ac/2a

Req= R1±√R1^2 + 4R1R2/2
Req= 1/2 (R1 + √ R1^2 + 4R1R2

If R1 = R2= R
Req= 1/2(R + √R2 + 4R)
Req= R/2(1+ √5)

Hope it helps ...
Cheers

Sandeep03edu: Can u tell me how both of these occurs
Sandeep03edu: ca u explain me how this occurs R1S (R2 P Req) =Req and R1 + R2 Req/ R2 + Req = Req
maroon5: R1 is in series and R2 is in parallel..so Req becomes their sum and the sum of their reciprocals.
