( \sqrt{3 + 1 \div 2} \:  ) \times 8 \\  =  \sqrt{3 + 0.5}  \: ) \times 8 \\  =  \sqrt{3.5}  \times 8 \\  = 8 \sqrt{3.5}  \\  = 8 \sqrt{ \frac{35}{10} }  \\  = 8 \sqrt{ \frac{7}{2} }  \\  = 8 \times  \frac{ \sqrt{7} }{ \sqrt{2} }  =  \frac{8 \sqrt{7} }{ \sqrt{2} }  \\  =  \frac{8 \sqrt{7}  \times  \sqrt{2} }{ \sqrt{2} \times  \sqrt{2}  }  \\  =   \frac{8 \sqrt{14} }{ 2 }  \\  = 4 \sqrt{14}
