First find it's solution
4x+6y=4
3x-6y=24

add equation first and second...

7x=28

x=4
y=(x-8)/2
y=-2

so point of intersection coordinates is (4,-2)

Now come to your question...

draw line 2x+3y=2
and
x-2y=8

so we find that these lines intersect at coordinates (4,-2).
