In this question, we have to make either x dependent or y.

As y has cofficient 1 we will make y depending on x. so in (a) part -y = 0 - 3x which is

y = 3x as minus will cancel minus

For x= 0 , y = 0

For x= 1 , y = 3

For x= 2 , y = 6

For x= 3 , y = 9

So the solutions will be (0,0) (1,3) (2,6) (3,9)
