Third,

Now find the area of the figures like triangles, rectangles,etc and add them alll.

Forth,
Find area of the two right triangles using formula and then add them.
They are equal to each other.

Fifth,
Divide the L shape into two triangles and also find the area of the two small triangles and add all of them up.
