Hey

60 =  \frac{120}{1 +  \frac{90}{v} }

 =  > 60(1 +  \frac{90}{v} ) = 120


Dividing both sides by 60 ->

 =  >  \frac{120}{60}  = (1 +  \frac{90}{v } )

 =  >  \frac{90}{v}  = 1
Multiplying both sides by 'v' ->

 =  > v = 90
