HEY!!

This can be solved by using (a-b)2 =(a)2 - 2ab +(b)2

(10)2 - 2x10x3p +(3p)2
=(10-3p)2
=(10-3p)(10-3p)

100 - 9p {}^{2}
=
10 {}^{2} - ( 3p) {}^{2}
=
(10 + 3p)(10 - 3p)
[ a {}^{2} - b {}^{2} = (a + b)(a - b) ]



now , p = 10/3. and. -10/3
