Given:-

[ 1 + 1/2 ] + [ 1+ 1/3] + [ 1 + 1/4] ......[ 1 + 1/2007]

Find:-

  • Sum of above term .

Add first terms :-

➩ (1 + 1/2)

= (2+1)/2

= 3/2

Second terms :-

( 1 + 1/3)

= (3+1)/3

= 4/3

Third terms :-

➩ ( 1+1/4)

= (4+1)/4

= 5/4

Forth terms :-

➩ (1+1/5)

= (5+1)/5

= 6/5

.

.

.

Last terms :-

➩ ( 1+ 1/2007)

= (2007+1)/2007

= 2008/2007

If we multiply all term each other,

So we find here cancel all denominator and numerator of all terms .

Only denominator of first terms and numerator of last terms still here.

So , we find here

= 2008/2

Hence:-

  • Our answer will be options number (c) .
