Actually you should observe that pattern
In all the first 3 case the triangle is shifting clockwise which is same for all 9 . Next in first 3 case there is a cross but as triangle is not moving upward it is not getting affected but the dark and bright star is getting. Thus if you notice u can see similar things in the 2nd and 3rd row too . I hope you understood.
