Answer:

First find the sum of the two first given equations as directed.

x^2 + y^2 - 2xy + 2x^2 - 4y^2 + 5xy = 3x^2 - 3y^2 + 3xy.....(1)

Now, find the sum of the two next given equations as directed.

7x^2 - 5y^2 + 8xy -3x^2 +4y^2 -2xy = 4x^2 - y^2 + 6xy.....(2)

So, now as it has been given in the question subtract 1 from 2

So,

(4x^2 - y^2 + 6xy) - ( 3x^2 - 3y^2 + 3xy)

= x^2 + 2y^2 + 3xy

This will be the final answer.

Hope this helps you ! ^_^
