Answer=3x+7 is not factor of 3x^3+7x^2, Beacuse the remainder is not zero!!!

step1
put 7+3x=0
3x=-7
x=-7/3
step2
let p(x)=3x³+7x
p(-7/3)=3(-7/3)³+7(-7/3)=-590/9
since remainder is not zero
therefore it is not a factor of 3x³+7x
