in the question, a=20cm,c=14cm,b=d=6cm
let a line de has been drawn which is parallel to BC and equal to BC=6cm
hence EB=CD=14
and ae=20-14=6
the triangle ∆aed is a equilateral.
now h be the perpendicular on ae at o from d
then for ∆aod,
h=√ad^2-do^2=√6^2-3^2=√36-9=√27=3√3cm
