this problem in Windows 7 of HCL laptop you just format the window with a bootable pendrive because I have also a laptop and computer which is problem so much I do this work and my computer and laptop is also working smoothly you just make a bootable and then format your laptop make sure the bootable will be good because it will help you to format smoothly if you have no bootable option then you go to CD ROM and then format the laptop and after format fix the graphics and animation card and the softwares application install picturisation after all installing software then restart your laptop and then use and please boot your laptop because after this you will use and you will we get the answer of it because I know you do it.
