Hey user here is your answer.....
◆ To factorise- 2x^2-2x+1/2=0
◆Take L.C.M
SO,
◆4x^2-4x+1/2=0
◆4x^2-4x+1=(2×0)
◆4x^2-4x+1=0
◆4x^2-2x-2x+1=0
◆2x(2x-1)-1(2x-1)=0
◆(2x-1)(2x-1)=0
◆x=1/2 ,1/2

Hi...☺
Here is your answer...✌
2x² - 2x + 1/2 = 0
By mid-term splitting,
2x² - x - x + 1/2 = 0
x(2x - 1) - 1/2(2x - 1) = 0
(x - 1/2) (2x-1) = 0
x - 1/2 = 0 or 2x - 1 = 0
x = 1/2 or x = 1/2
=> x = 1/2
