Center of circle = O (0, 0)
A point on the circumference = A = (5/2, 0).
So the radius = distance OA = 5/2.
A point P = (5/2, 5/2)
Let Distance OP = d = √[(5/2-0)² + (5/2 - 0)² ] = 5/√2
Since OP > radius 5/2 , the point P lies outside the circle.
