Yeah...

On numerator, it's 25×x-⁴×15...

I will write it as 5²×x-⁴×15.

So lemme divide numerator by denominator and I can write it as:

(5²/5-⁴)×(x-⁴/x^-8)×(15/10)

So..as u know the formula (x^a/x^b)=

x^(a-b)..

So applying this formula here:

it will become

(5^6)×(x^4)×(3/2).

Hope it helped u.

\mathsf{Given : \dfrac{(25)(x^{-4})(15)}{(5^{-4})(10)(x^{-8})}}

★  25 can be written as : 5 × 5 = 5²

★  15 can be written as : 5 × 3

★  10 can be written as 5 × 2

\mathsf{\implies \dfrac{(5^{2})(x^{-4})(5)(3)}{(5^{-4})(5)(2)(x^{-8})}}

\mathsf{\implies \dfrac{(5^{2})(x^{-4})(3)}{(5^{-4})(2)(x^{-8})}}

\bigstar\;\;\textsf{We know that : \boxed{\mathsf{\dfrac{a^{m}}{a^{n}} = a^{m - n}}}}

\mathsf{\implies \dfrac{(5^{2 + 4})(x^{-4 + 8})(3)}{(2)}}

\mathsf{\implies \dfrac{(5^{6})(x^{4})(3)}{(2)}}
