Area of one of the parts subtended by the diagonal :- 1/2×2×5 cm^2 =5cm^2 .

Now ,

5^2 = 3^2 +4^2 .

So , by Pythagoras theorem we get , another part is a right angled ∆

→ area of the another part = 1/2×4×3 cm^2 = 6 cm^2.

Thus , area of the given quadrilateral = (5+6)cm^2 = 11cm^2
