now ,
sinΦ+cosΦ=√2
so,
sinΦ = √2 - cosΦ............................ii)
put ii) in i)
so,
1/(√2 - cosΦ) cosΦ
1/√2 cosΦ - cos²Φ........
tanΦ + cotΦ
sinΦ/cosΦ + cosΦ/sinΦ
sin²Φ + cos²Φ / sinΦcosΦ
1/sinΦcosΦ........................................i)
now ,
sinΦ+cosΦ=√2
so,
sinΦ = √2 - cosΦ............................ii)
put ii) in i)
so,
1/(√2 - cosΦ) cosΦ
1/√2 cosΦ - cos²Φ........
