How to solve this ? :- Which of the following contains maximum number of molecules ? (a) 4g of O2 (b) 4g of NH3 (c) 4g of CO2 (d) 4g of SO2.

Moles is directly proportional to the number of molecules whereas moles is inversely proportional to the relative molecular mass of the molecule.
Moles = Mass/Mr
since mass is constant for all gases, gas with least Mr will have most number of molecules.
Mr: O2= 32 g
Nh3= 17g
co2= 44g
so2= 64g
Hence NH3 will have most number of molecules.
