 \textbf{Solution -}

 \dfrac{x}{2} - 7 = 15 \\ \\ \implies \dfrac{x - 14}{2} = 15 \\ \\ \implies x - 14 = 15 \times 2 \\ \\ \implies x - 14 = 30 \\ \\ \implies x = 30 + 14 \\ \\ \implies x = 44

 \textbf{Some things to know -}

❖ Transposition - The process of tranferring a number from one side to another, and change it's sign.

e.g.

 \dfrac{x}{2} = 1 \implies x = 2
