Heya!
Learning english is certainly not a piece of cake for anyone. In order to be able to speak proper and fluent english, you should have some real command over the grammar part. Anything, however, is not impossible. So you should definitely make efforts to learn english.
Try to converse in English with everyone. doesn't matter if you're speaking it wrong. Speaking english with people actually improves your language. Number one, You get confidence. Number two, People correct you which is actually a great way of learning something.
Secondly, Try reading English novels. underline the tough words and search for its meaning. Then wait, do not stop there. Use those words in your sentences while you converse with people in english. (Believe me, sometimes the vocabulary can make people go wow)
Third If you're interested in music. Listen to English songs. Again, find the meaning of words you don't understand. Repeat the song, This way you'll enjoy yourself and would also be able to use some phrases while speaking.
Fourth repeat all the three steps without fail everyday. And I'm sure it'll help.
If at all you think you'll need a teacher, please get one. A teacher would be the first thing you'll need to be speaking 'The English'.
Hope it helps
