how to specify flat inlet velocity profile in comsol

Boundary condition: inlet: time-varying velocity (flat velocity profile) outlet: pressure=0. The model cannot convergedAnd define the inlet and outlet .... My problem is the velocity profile is flat at the beginning and has to correct itself into a parabolic
