firstly. u have them the last no.is multuple by Ist no.And multiple of term after it factor and u have add or substract of given factor and multiply of that given no.
ex. 2xsquare+x+6=0
2xsquare+4x-3x+6=0
Take common.
2x(x+2)-3(x+2)=0
(2x-3),(x+2)
x=3/2 ,x=-2
I hope u help it.

to do middle term splitting a quadratic polynomial
lets take 4x^2 +4x +1
1. multiply the coefficient of x^2 ,i.e., 4 and constant term, i.e., 1
2. so we get the product as 4
3. now find the factors of 4
4. choose and 2 factors of 4 which on adding or subracting give us the digit 4 i.e. 2 and 2
so here we get the polynomial as 4x^2+2x +2x +1
thats how we do middle term splitting i.e. mts
