in factorization method we split the middle term .
take the middle term and check that by solving which two numbers we will get that middle term.
and also remember that the product of that twoo numbers is equal to the product of first term and last term
for example:-
x^2+2x+1=0
here take middle tem and check the numbers whose sum is equal to middle term so x + x is equal to 2x
and the product of two numbers should equal to the product of 1st and 3rd tem
here x * x = x^2
and x^2 * 1 = x^2
so we split with these numbers
so :
x^2+x+x+1
now take commen in first part and second part
x(x+1)+1(x+1)
then
(x+1) (x+1)
here
x= -1
×= -1
hope you understood the method
thanks
