Exercising early in the morning has many benefits. It enhances metabolism and improves your physical and mental energy. There are many forms of exercises you can choose from.

If you have a beach nearby to your place, I’d recommend you to make the fullest use of it. You can start with a fast walk and follow it up with jogging. Post this you can do some stretches to loosen up your muscles.

Feeling the sand beneath your feet and listening to the sound of waves gives you a kick start to the whole day.

If you’re a gym person you can hit the gym early in the morning.

Level up your workout with time and see the change.

If you feel comfortable working out at home, you can always go to the terrace and do suryanamskar.

About 12–15 sets of suryanamskar would be effective when done daily.

Lot of them prefer starting their day with some yoga. The postures in yoga relaxes your body and gives you focus.

This is my favourite. I love dancing. Early in the morning, yes.

Pick your favourite playlist, play it loud and simply groove to the music.
