To start a computer switch on the button in the CPU
To close a computer click Alt+f4 or click on start option and select switch off or turn off computer option

Starting method:

First switch on your UPS
Then switch on the power button of monitor.
Then switch on the power button of the CPU.

Switching off method:
First right click on the start button .
At the bottom shut down option comes.
Click on it and your computer will be shifted down
