Welcome the chief guest , other guests and the audience.( माननीय अतिथि महोदय ,सभा में उपस्थित सभी सदस्यों का हार्दिक स्वागत एवं अभिनन्दन ).

Before starting the Speech say some couplets two or three lines on the topic of the speech ,in Hindi.

आज आपके समक्ष अमुक विषय पर ( topic …..) अपने विचार व्यक्त करने के लिए यहां उपस्थित हुआ हूं ।

Then you should start your speech .

At the end while concluding the speech say …आप सब का धन्यवाद करता हूं .
