it is important to follow a balance diet as if we eat lots of fats and carbohydrates then our body becomes fat leading to many diseases and if we eat food will less nutrition then this deficiency of nutrients can affect growth

One can stay healthy and fit only if he is disciplined
self discipline is the key to healthy life
it comes after a lot of practice
I can say this because first I used to be fat but I have successfully lost 15 kg of my weight mental discipline and balance diet
I haven't eaten junk food from last 1 year
Not only physical but mentally also helped me a lot
I was shocked by the fact that being I have grown mentally as a better person
