ANSWER
By some surgical methods, contraception can be done.
In females, the abdomen is opened and the fallopian tubes are cut or tied with nylon threads to close the passage of the egg. This is called Tubectomy.
In males, a small cut is made in the scrotum, sperm duct from each testis is ligated and a small piece between the two ligatures is removed. This is called Vasectomy.
