Ask your neighour to unpair your BT speaker and not pair with it anymore

Range of BT transmissions normally maxes out at 10 metres. Move the BT speaker as far away as possible from the side where your neighour is to the other side of your house

Turn your BT speaker off if you are not using it. Whenever you need to use your BT speaker, turn on your device’s BT function and then turn on your BT speaker. Immediately, connect your device to your BT speaker. This way, you don’t leave any time for another device to connect to the speaker since all BT speakers connect to only one device and will stay connected to this device as long as the connection is still active.
