- When you go to Bed, Take a Deep Breath and Relax (Atleast 15-20 times)
- If you believe in God than Take his Name continuously while sleeping, it'll distract your mind's from other Thought's
- Try to write whatever is frēaking ya out, maybe it'll help you to feel relaxed after writing down everything? :/
