crops are stored in store houses and hoards in which there is very less humidity and favorable temperature for crop . every crop has some requirements and a certain fixed period in which it remains fresh and eatable . some crops are not suitable for long time storing , thus these crops are grown on small scale . but many of the crops are stored in well maintained storage . these storage are very cleaned and no moisture is there which don't let the microorganism to develop in crops . storage are mostly with less temperature and less humidity .
