so basically what most of us do is to cram information into our head. We just repeat the information over and over. But a good way to study is by memory recall. So when you are learning something you should make questions from the part you are learning. Next time when you are learning the same information dont read the information again. But what you have to do is take the questions you have prepared and go through it. Ask yourself whether you can produce the information correctly. If you can, then you have studied.
