if u want to study and do u want to stay away from ur mobile .,don't charge ur mobile 4 a long time and u should keep interest in studies ,don't use some social media apps its better to do all these things if u think

Actually it's not possible. But keep calm .I will give u a suggestion. make ur timetable .study everyday 2 hrs only. but in that 2 hrs don't go anywhere. make ur work first. and don't charge it mobile phone. if u like my answer then plz mark me as brainlist.
