1) NCERT is best - In a question paper mostly questions are of NCERT patterns.

2) few questions based on high thinking ability that are only can be done by the student's thinking ability.

3) from this year CBSE is allowing some refresher books for study.

4)CBSE board exam pattern is changed, for the students i.e student not take much stress.

5) All helping books or you can say refresher based on NCERT book structure but refreshers provide extra questions, brief topic details, etc
it doesn't mean that NCERT is not good. NCERT books have all the necessary elements or articles for study.
