1. Exercise.
2. Steal a nap.
3. Better if you study during daylight
4. Conserve your mental energy.
5 Take a balance diet and take proper care of your heath so that u can study for long hours.

FIRST OF ALL TO STUDY WELL DON'T TAKE TENSION ABOUT STUDY . IT IS NOT THE FIRST AND LAST WORK TO DO IN THIS WORLD
TO STUDY FOR LONG TIME U SHOULD FOLLOW THESE SUGGESTIONS OF MINE WHICH I FOLLOWED RECENTLY AND I USED TO STUDY FOR 20 HOURS .
1. STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD IT AFFECTS UR HEALTH AND IN TURN UR STUDIES
2. EAT HEALTHY FOOD , SUCH AS JUICE , FRUITS DRY FRUITS ,MILK APPLE SPECIALLY FOR IRON , BEFORE WE FEEL TIRED DUE TO DEFICIENCY OF IRON.
3. START URMORNING WITH PRAYER TAKE BREAK FAST THEN SHOWER AND START UR DAY WITH FRESH MIND .
4. AT NIGHT WHEN U FEEL DROWSY U CAN DRINK SOME COLD WATER WASH UR FACE WITH COLD WATER . DON'T TAKE WATER FROM FRIDGE AND DIRECTLY POUR ON UR FACE HAHAHA U WILL CURSE ME . JUST USE NORMAL WATER .
5. AND AT LAST ACCORDING TO MY FATHER :-
NO NEED TO STUDY THAT MUCH JUST STUDY WITH FRESH MIND FOUR HOURS AT MORNING AND FOUR HOURS AT NIGHT . STUDY JUST ONE TOPIC BUT CLEAR UR CONCEPT (THESE ARE WORDINGS OF MY FATHER ) .
