Before 1 month of exams, switch off your mobile phones and take a break from all the social medias and all entertainment. This would sound bad,. But, trust me, this will really help u out as it will increase our concentration.
Second way is to study well. Prepare as much as you can. But, that doesn't mean that we should study 24×7 hrs. We should take small breaks in between our studies. During that break, never use mobile phones or other distracting things. It will only distracting you from studies and lose your concentration. Instead, go out and play or play with a kid that is smaller than you! This will decrease the mental tension and fear of exams.
Take healthy food. Don't drink Coffee before getting into studies as coffees will give a tendency to sleep. Drink more water. Eat healthy food such as fruits and vegetables. An apple is best than a coffee because it really keeps you awake.
Make your study space more organized. You may think it's not important but the surroundings really influence our studies. Choose a place where fresh air circulation is there. Choose a calm place with low voice.
Realize what type of learner you are. Every people have a different way of learning. Some people learn by visuals, mind maps will help them. Some people may be voice learners, hearing the paragraph will make thier study easier. Find out the study style that best suits you and study!
Study for a purpose! Simply reading does not really help u. Set various targets and study according to them.
Last but not least, stay Calm. Advicing to stay calm is very simple but staying calm is difficult. If you prepare well, what's the need of tension?
