After finishing NCERT just practice more and more questions Based on NCERT Pattern. Do not waste time by practicing excessive lengthy and difficult questions. Concentrate on questions which are a bit tricky yet based on NCERT Pattern.
You can start solving previous years question papers, you'll hardly find any super difficult and lengthy question. Most of the questions are NCERT based only.
