Thanks for A2A

As everyone stated 3-4 days are more than enough for physical education(don't jeopardize other subjects). Moreover I think you haven't checked the syllabus yet. It's quite easy!

Well your inclination towards science will help a lot here. There are chapters like WPE, Projectile Motion, Vitamins etc. which you will easily master(see being a PCM student helps a lot).

Now there are also chapters on Yoga Asanas, postures, adventure sports, fitness etc. which sort of everyone knows about(or are interested in). So they are easy to learn as you can relate to them.

Big question is how to study effectively(to score ofcourse). Well, take a notebook & note down the headings in terms of points(if you write all the points first in an answer then teachers rarely care to read whole of answer.) Remember all the points(it gives a good impression & Ugly truth about Physical Education is that quantity matters a lot.)

Some Chapter/certain topics would appear to be really tough(they are not). If you feel like you are not getting the point, ask someone for help.(most of the times it's an illusion). Also keep previous years by your side to get an idea how & what type of questions examiner is gonna ask you(although syllabus has changed drastically in last 2-3 years so don't get alarmed if you see some out of context question)

P.S - Scored 98 in 2K14. Hope the same for you. Best of luck :)...
