First thing, you don't have 'examples' for studies. Studies should be done in your own way, but it is difficult planning out a schedule. Follow these tips--
Make a schedule or a time-table and follow that for studying. This doesn't help everyone as some may prefer going out of schedule, or you may have too much work for one subject that may disturb your schedule. If that happens, finish the short and easy things first and then do the ones that may take time.
Try making study time fun. Visualize your topics in your mind to have a better understanding of them. Try drawing fun things related to the topic in your book (don't make them too big or spoil your book), it may help you understand it better when you go through your notes again.
Keep writing running-notes while the teacher explains the lesson, write it in a simple language to help you understand better.
Divide your syllabus and study, don't stress yourself and take breaks once in a while. Have a small snack kept beside you while studying, it will make you feel rewarded and will encourage you to study further. Having nibs of chocolate, most preferably dark chocolate, while reading a concept will help you memorize it better.
