it is easy. first u close ur eyes and concentrate on ur breathing and relax ur mind, body. then u make prayer to god whole heartedly and start reading 1 after another page slowly.

First of all choose the subject you really feel interesting at that time.
keep a blackboard/whiteboard or colourful sketches or pens with paper.. to write in order to learn properly..writing with something different than pencil or pen..makes the work enjoyable. keep your ohone away or keep the notifications off. study in a separate room keeping all your required material with you.
speak in such a way.. that you are not teaching yourself but you have some imaginary students around and you are teaching them..it gives u more confidence as well as helps you remember and focus.
