Drink milk before sleeping.
Use liquid more.
Use neembu Paani (lemonade)

1. Being hydrated is most important, so have more water.
2. Drink coffee ☕ especially caffeinated ones.
3.eat probiotic foods and take probiotic supplements
4. Try a low FODMAP(FOMAP STANDS FOR fermentable oligosaccharide, disaccharides, monosaccharide and polyols.
