eg - If profit sharing ratio between X and Y is 2:3.
It means X will get 2/5 th share and Y will get 3/5th share in the profit.
Now say profit is Rs 50000.
so share of X = 50000 × 2/5 = 20000, and
share of Y = 50000 × 3/5 = 30000
