• When u click on the "answer" u can see a camera icon on ur left..U can take a picture if u press that

if you want to ask a question through photo then search a question then at lower right corner click ask question and there you will see a camera or photo like icon click it and add photo

if you want to put a photo in an answer then click on the + icon on left top of keyboard and click the pin icon and add photo
