step 1: there is a tab below the leaderhip board showing[ask your question].click it 
step 2: now type the question you want .choose the points and subject.
then click the button[ask your question]

step1:there is a attach/pin like option below your answering area
step2: click it and attach any file from gallery/google
step3: wait still the photo loads and then press [add your answer]
