it's easy first click on a pin type icon while writing a question and then tap on the image you clicked first!!

there will be a symbol like this in the pic .you have to click it then there will be 2 options first click the picture and second draw and there will be pics also which are in your gallery. you select to click the picture . then click OK . then the pic will be attached to your question .
